* Only the ground floor is available for parking 24 hours.
* From 7pm this car park will be closed from the 1st floor upwards. The car park will Open at 7am and close at 7pm 7 days a week.
* The disabled bays on the ground floor are disabled badge holder only bays from 9am to 6pm. After 6pm they become shared use bays and are also available for season disc holders and pay & display users.
* The section of car park at the side of Leopold Street Multi-Storey commonly referred to as the Annex is now included within the car park which means that season disc holders, disabled badge holders and pay & display users can also use these bays.
